Now that I've been furiously cooking, blogging, painting and tweeting, all in the same physical space, I decided to put together a little widget for that: have a look at the recently launched Cook-stir.com - for "between tweets cookery" (cookster and cookstr were both taken). Yup: if you think your particular twist on boeuf bourguignon or souflée chevre (or even the fare at your local diner) deserves to be snapped and shared -- if you are partial to cooking up storms as well as tweeting, and are not adverse to putting one sticky, flour-covered paw on your blackberry or iPhone while deglazing with the other, then cook-stir may just rock your boat. Next time cookery is happening to you, shoot a pic of your culinary progress with your preferred personal device, add the hashtag #cookstir, upload it via ubertwitter or twitpic (etc) and tweet your recipe -- or part of it. The real challenge has been to tweet a recipe in 140 characters. Good luck with that.
